Partner - Timothy M. Weir

Timothy M. Weir (tweir@swhestatelaw.com) graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara, where he earned membership in the National Honor Society in Psychology. He earned his law degree at McGeorge School of Law, University of the Pacific in Sacramento. He is President of the Optimists Club, Sutterville Heights Chapter. He achieved record contributions as campaign chair for the United Way, Santa Barbara. His practice focuses on estate planning, as well as trust and probate litigation. He is an active member of the California State Bar Section of Probate Trust and Estate Planning; the Sacramento County Bar Association's Section of Probate, Trust and Estate Planning; the Sacramento County Bar Association Board of Delegates to the California State Bar and the Probate Local Rules Committee for the Superior Court of California, County of Sacramento, and serves as Judge Pro-Tem in the Sacramento Superior Court.
